    Gemma and Ty… two legit CrossFitters! This might be one of the only times Gemma isn’t smiling ear to ear in the middle of a workout! They both set the standard at CFHSV on a daily basis!

    I miss my CFHSV family! Having seen a heart patient having to use everything but his arms to get out of bed and out of a chair during his recovery, I can attest that a strong core and legs are indeed as valuable as a strong will to get through. Train to survive indeed. Will be back soon to lift more than Ty but not be as fast as Gemma!
