30 toes-to-bar
15 thrusters
Then, rest 1 minute before continuing with:

30 chest-to-bar pull-ups   ages 55+: chin over bar
15 thrusters
Then, rest 1 minute before continuing with:
15 front squats 
30 bar muscle-ups   ages 55+: chest to bar
15 thrusters 

Scaled ages 16-54: 65/45, hanging knee raises/chin over bar/chest to bar

Scaled ages 14-15: 45/35, hanging knee raises/chin over bar/chest to bar

Scaled ages 55+: 45/35, sit-ups, jumping pull-ups, chin over bar pull-ups

OPEN WOD 21.4 (Time cap: 7 min.)

Complete the following complex for max load:

    Brandon throwing down and getting after it! This guy is a genuine person who is committed and driven in all walks of life. He’s a hard worker in and out of the gym, a proud husband and dad, and a good friend to many. He’s stayed steady through injury and has a great perspective on what being fit is all about. Keep after it, stud! 🙂

    Brandon doublin’ down on that rope! Brandon can throw down any time, anywhere, and about anything. He’s a renaissance man in and out of the gym. BP knows how to CrossFit while keeping his ‘bro training’ on point too. He and his family have made CFHSV a part of their lives and in turn made CFHSV a better place. Keep bringing it Price family!
