    These pictures bring a happy proud tear to my eye! Many don’t know, but Wes and I work together. He has been through this with me from the start!!!! The week or so before I started bootcamp he called me after seeing my name on the board in the office. I kind of put the full court press to get him to start, so I wouldn’t have to go through it alone. He did, and stuck by my side. He helped me transition to paleo and get my nutrition on track and gave me pep talks all along the way, all while he was focused on his own personal goals. He told me one day when I was crying “there is no crying in crossfit!” But there is! And seeing these pictures side by side, I am reminded of the amazing people I have in my life and all that contributed to my success! So a big heart filled thanks to my original WOD buddy!!! I couldn’t have done it without you!!!!! And to the amazing coaching staff, and athletes! Yes, Joe L. it is the face of a crossfitter! But a crooked squat nonetheless!!!

    A great BIG Proud of you and way to take on and not waver on 14.1 CFHSV Athletes. While CrossFit threw double-unders at us, all of our Open athletes overcame and faced their fear or challenge on this technical metabolic move and busted out big on the 14.1 WOD. Great Job!

    Now regroup, refocus, get back on the training plan and be ready for 14.2 and take it on even more energetically and excited. Keep on CrossFitting, CFHSV Style!
