    Dang! Paul Pepe was CrossFitting before it had a name. He’s as mean and focused as a rattle snake in the August heat after 3..2..1..GO! He’s also good as gold. Keep rockin partner!

    Not the fastest time, but this was an accomplishment for me. I remember when I couldn’t do DUs, couldn’t do HSPUs, and I couldn’t do 165lbs as the Rx weight.

  21. Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found
    a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed.

    There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.

    She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!
