There goes that man! Mo reppin the “We The ‘Ville” shirt which is very appropriate cause he always represents CFHSV wether it’s here or on the road. He’s a 6:15 head and 6:15 has some of the meanest people in the gym. Mo has a unique edge. He believes WODs are aliens sent here to destroy us and Mo has vowed to defeat everyone one of them. Mo is next level strong but can still run with the best of em and hang with the gymnasts too. He’s a real deal Stud that CFHSV is lucky to have along with his lovely little family. Mo showing off what he does best! To say this guy is strong is such an understatement. Mo lifts heavy pretty much all the time, and it’s always awesome to watch. He’s also an extremely accomplished, well-rounded athlete who has the skills and endurance to back it up. He’s got a magnetic way about him, and I always love sharing laughs and stories with Mo and Anna. Proud to call this stud a CFHSV athlete and a friend! 😁
I am always in awe of Mo. Sometimes I just stop and stare.
Mo is as nice and down-to-earth as anyone I know, and always willing to have a genuine discussion about training or anything else that happens to come up. He also moves way too well for someone so big and strong; it’s almost unfair (but always impressive!)
