    Ohhhhh emmmmm geeeeeee! The love and respect I have for these three is unreal. What a great picture of 3 of my favorite people. I love working out with these girls and getting through life with them also. These three are some of the strongest woman I know. They know how to keep it competitive and fun everyday.     Great shot of three friends sharing good times. These three ladies have got it all – skills, grit, and fun. They work hard at the gym and they’ve always got a smile before and after. Jenn, Hayley, and Maryssa are awesome individuals that make each other even better once they’ve been together. Keep rollin ladies!

    If there’s one thing about this group, it’s that they never miss out on the fun of being together! Jenn, Maryssa and Haley are all stud athletes who bring great attitudes and lots of support for one another to every class.
    Nothing beats time spent with friends and fellow athletes after trudging through a tough WOD alongside one another. The workouts get people interested in CrossFit, but these moments are the ones that keep us all coming back day after day.
