Even: rest

rest 4 minutes

EMOM for 6 minutess:

Odd: max reps CTB pull ups

Even: rest

rest 4 minutes

EMOM for 6 minutes:

Odd: max reps double push up burpees

Even: rest

Total all reps from all exercises for best score.
