    Love seeing families get fit and stay healthy together! I started CrossFit in 2008 with my dad, and in my first competition, dad and I were on the same team. You’re never too old, or too young, to have your parents show you what hard work looks like. Way to set the example, Richard, and way to be smart and follow his lead, Isaiah! 😁
