Complete the following for time in any order or method you prefer for time. The only prerequisite is all distance and reps must be accumulated to completion.

Run 1 mile

60 double push-up burpees

60 over the box jumps 24″/20″

60 thrusters 95/65 or 75/55

    28:20 Rx’ed. Saved the 1mi run as a buy-out for the end, Actually somewhat pleasant finishing up with that in the cool dawn morning.

    33:56 Rx’d @ 95lbs.

    Ran the full mile at the very beginning. When I hit the last rep I was very glad I did it this way; certainly didn’t want to run (or even move) after all that.

    6:00AM was looking strong this morning. Nice job everyone! Excellent coaching from Tracy and John!

    28:23 Rx’d @ 65#- Broke it up into 4 Rds w/ 15 reps. Started off with Dbl push up burpees, over the box box jumps, thrusters, then 400m run.
