    She bad. We all wish we could be half the mom/wife/crossfitter/friend/drinker/soup-maker/person Fleming Sharp is!!! If you need someone to push you harder than you can imagine, try keeping up with Fleming when she’s been to a dinner party the night before! So glad I fell into this group of 915 crazies!!

    You’d never know Fleming doesn’t like doing a lot of push-ups… Perfect form! This woman is literally the strongest woman I know both inside & out. She’s always keeping the 9:15-ers laughing & giving us all a rabbit to chase. She’s strength, humor, intelligence & determination all in one. She’s my bestie & I’m forever grateful that CFHSV gave our paths a chance to cross!

    There’s just not enough good things I can say about this woman! Fleming is a total stud of a CrossFitter. She is strong, determined, and has always pushed herself to do more and be better. She is also the life of the party and has kept us all laughing daily for as long as I can remember. She’s fun, funny and brings an energy and excitement to the gym that is all her own.     I’m being punked! I’ve never been on the site where i wasnt resting, laid out or displaying poor form. This is a set up. I have a feeling it is because Nate feels so terrible for deserting me as coach at R and E Saturday. He needed to try to get back in my good graces. No go Nate. You have forgotten it was Veterans week and you left me all alone. Had to finish that run (after a dinner party) TO NO ONE. Not gonna forget. No soldier left behind.?????

    Fleming is one of a kind in many ways. She’s been grinding for years with us and she’s a well rounded athlete. She’s good at what she doesn’t like and even better at what she does like. Strong, fast, and tough. She adds to anything she’s a part of with her insatiable appetite for humor and fun along with her kind and caring spirit. Keep bringin’ it Fleming!

    Fleming is among the CFHSV OG. That perfect pushup form is something a lot of kids could use as a model!
