    Kim!!!!! My strong friend! She lights up the whole gym with just her smile. You can’t have a bad day when Kim is around so don’t even try. My favorite part of Saturday mornings is getting to workout with Kim. She’s the best and I am honored to call her my friend. Keep showing up and showing out, Kim!!!

    That’s an all American swing by Kim G. It feels like Kim has been with us from the beginning at CFHSV. She has grown so much in her overall fitness with strength and skill. She’s dedicated to a fit lifestyle and she has fun doing it. She’s easy, funny, encouraging, and always putting in the work. Kim makes you look forward to coming to class because of her attitude 😊

    Kim G showing off just how good a kettlebell swing can look when when you hold yourself to the highest standard. Kim has been a staple at CFHSV for so long, and the gains she has made are a testament to her hard work and commitment. Kim somehow manages to get fun, social time, hard core fitness, and deep, meaningful conversations in, all within about an hour 🙂 She is CrossFit through and through, and I’m so proud she’s been representing CFHSV for all these years. You rock, Kim! 🙂
