    Did a hotel WOD all by my lonesome today here in New Jersey!

    1 mile run
    then 5 rounds:

    10 thrusters (10 lb dumbells each hand)
    10 push ups
    10 unanchored sit ups

    end with 800m run

    Didn’t time it, but went at a hustle. Very odd being in a silent hotel gym huffing and puffing missing the yelling and music. Can’t wait to be back at CFHSV Friday!
