A. Back Squat: 10-5-3-1-1-1  E2:30MOM

B. Bench Press: 10-5-3-1-1-1  E2:30MOM

C. 5 minute AMRAP of:

10 hand release push-ups

10 goblet squats 32kg/24kg or 24kg/16kg

    C: 5+10 at 2.5pood KB
    Light crowd at 5am, got to share the class with three lovely and effusive ladies

    Congratulations to my partner today, Patrick. He PR’d on everything and had a great attitude throughout the workout. Even if someone didn’t PR today, you still improved by taxing your body in an extreme way. Let’s just keep working “the Process.” Great programming Dennis.
