1 minute max reps front squats 75/55 (scale up to 95/65)

1 minute max reps SDHP 75/55 (scale up to 95/65)

1 minute max reps shoulder to overhead 75/55 (scale up 95/65)

rest 1 minute

score = total reps for all 5 rounds

    Free Open Gym for all CFHSV members today 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Come in and work on your weaknesses, skills, drills or any extra training you would like.

      Mornin! Is the open gym going to turn into a standard thing? I’d love to be able to take advantage of that if there will be a set time on set days!

        Hello Dani, I am glad you like when I am able to present Open Gym to come in and work on weakness training, skills and drills. As far as this being a set day and time that is not a constant. We do offer 9 scheduled classes daily, 3 on Saturday, 2 on Sunday and many more speciality classes like Yoga, Oly/Powerlifting, and Running and Endurance throughout the week.. As opportunities and time presents itself I will announce when I can provide Open Gym to work on weakness training, skills and drills or I may even run athletes through muscle-up/HSPU etc… workouts.
