    The only way we could catch this dude on camera was to ask him to run on his hands. It slowed him down just enough to catch him on film. Eric The Kind Killer is one outstanding CrossFitter and guy! Keep killin ’em with kindness stud

    Eric K! This guy is truly, 100%, without a doubt, an ANIMAL! He has greater work capacity than anyone I know. He truly never stops. And he’s an awesome guy too 🙂 Keep killing it Eric!

    I think it was 29:39 Rx with 115# and 2pd. Only things I clearly remember were my back being fried after the snatches and that the subsequent DL were much more difficult than I had anticipated!
    Great costume party at 0500 class: Chief Joe, the ladies doing TMNT, and T-Rex doing KB swings.
    Also reporting that over this past weekend’s Army Reserve duty that I took the APFT for the 27th year in a row and scored a 293; can’t quite max the run any more. I really will not miss that event in retirement, all the ex-Army folks will understand.

    Pretty Pumped was able to run today for the first time since the knee surgery. It was very slow, but I never walked with or without the pumpkin!

    T-Rex was a hit and the Ninja Turtle girls rocked!!!!!!! Once again showing that I am slower than even a turtle!!!!!!!!! But I loved every rep of it!!!!!!!!!

    5:35pm Open Gym:
    EMOM for 30min, alternating movements:
    0:00 – 5 back sqt @185#
    1:00 – 5 hang power Snatch @115#
    2:00 – 5 front sqt @135#
    ……and repeat
    – focus – breath control, tight core, depth, speed under the bar.
    – Eric is one heck of an athlete! He eats, lives, breathes Crossfit! Always focused and determined! And his hard work is definitely paying off! He’s also one of the nicest guys I know!

    Our track is 1/6 of a mile so changed it to 1 lap for the 200m carry and 2 lap for the run used 65lb for barbell movements and 35lb kettle bell with 20lb ball for carry
