I think it was 29:39 Rx with 115# and 2pd. Only things I clearly remember were my back being fried after the snatches and that the subsequent DL were much more difficult than I had anticipated!
Great costume party at 0500 class: Chief Joe, the ladies doing TMNT, and T-Rex doing KB swings.
Also reporting that over this past weekend’s Army Reserve duty that I took the APFT for the 27th year in a row and scored a 293; can’t quite max the run any more. I really will not miss that event in retirement, all the ex-Army folks will understand.
Great Job on you APFT Sir.

Pretty Pumped was able to run today for the first time since the knee surgery. It was very slow, but I never walked with or without the pumpkin!

Our track is 1/6 of a mile so changed it to 1 lap for the 200m carry and 2 lap for the run used 65lb for barbell movements and 35lb kettle bell with 20lb ball for carry
