    Ryan in the house with the russian swing! Ryan is smooth and steady and has been since joining. He goes hard but makes it look easy. Great guy with a great attitude. He slips in and out of the gym as quiet and polite as can be but he makes some noise come WOD time! Keep rollin buddy!
