Each min on the min for 30min:
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Air Squats
*if athlete makes it to 30 min one rep per exercise will be added per minute (i.e. at min 31 the athlete will perform 6 pull-ups, 11 push-ups and 16 Air squats, then at min 32 7 pull-ups, 12 push-ups and 17 Air squats, and so on until the athlete falls behind)

Heck yeah! If you think you’ve got an excuse to slow down, one look at Linda will remind you that it’s all about effort and attitude when it comes to obstacles. Linda had bilateral knee replacements less than a year ago, and she is back stronger and fitter than ever doing things she couldn’t do before. She’s a fighter who is committed to a healthy lifestyle, and there’s no doubt that this lady is tough! She’s kind, friendly, encouraging and thoughtful too. One awesome woman who I genuinely love see walking through our doors. You are a total rockstar, Linda! Way to go! 🙂
Linda!! There ya go girlfriend! Linda shows up early for the 5am ready to roll. She’s tough as nails, sweet as candy, and she’s as good as they come. Linda is awesome at navigating the the fit-life and we’re so glad she chose CFHSV as one of the vehicles she uses to maintain and grow in her fitness. We quickly fell in love with Linda when she joined the gym because of her honesty, toughness, attitude, humor, and her sincere ‘want’ to do CrossFit. Keep rollin girlfriend! ?
