When you watch this guy do muscle-ups, these are really the only two positions you see him in. Landon literally pops up to the top so fast and with such ease it’s crazy. He’s a super nice guy who works hard and has a great attitude too. A great addition to our CFHSV community!! Keep it up, Landon! ?
