    Landon makes these Bar Muscle Ups look too easy! Landon has only been with us at CFHSV for a short time but he’s made a big impression with his skills, attitude, and work ethic. He’s a natural athlete that goes about his business quietly but with a purpose. Keep representing dude!

    When you watch this guy do muscle-ups, these are really the only two positions you see him in. Landon literally pops up to the top so fast and with such ease it’s crazy. He’s a super nice guy who works hard and has a great attitude too. A great addition to our CFHSV community!! Keep it up, Landon! 😊
