3 Rounds For Max Reps of:

Minute 1 = Burpees (to a plate)
Minute 2 = WallBall Shots   20/14 to 10/9′   MRX 20/10 to 9′

Minute 3 = Deadlifts   115/75lbs   MRX 95/65

Minute 4 = WallBall Sit-Ups   20/14   MRX 20/10

Minute 5 = Hang Power Cleans   115/75   MRX 95/65

Minute 6 = REST


Saved by the Barbell is an annual, world-wide CrossFit community Labor Day workout and fundraising effort to bring CrossFit to more kids everywhere.

We WILL have classes at:

7am, 815am, 915am, 1130am and 1230pm

We WILL have Open Gym from 1015am-1130am

We WILL have childcare from 8am-1230pm.

PLEASE sign up to reserve your spot for class as well as childcare.

    Ol Lewie Leather Bags! Lewis is one slick dude and CrossFitter. He’s a body weight ninja in the gym, can run like a cheetah on the track, and he keeps getting stronger. He can thank all that fitness to his work ethic. He’s also a friend to any and everyone in the gym with an encouraging word or a joke for laughs. You are the man Lewis, keep it up!

    Lewis getting low on those rings and showing off his skills! This guy is one hard working athlete and the gains he has made and continue to make are impressive to say the least. He makes gymnastics moves look too easy but he puts in the work to make sure he’s a well-rounded CrossFitter. And he’s as friendly and nice as anyone you’ll meet. You rock, Lewis! 😁

    Lewis! Getting low and I know he was locking it out! This guy is a well rounded CrossFitter that always brings intensity to every WOD! He’s always got a smile and an encouraging word for everyone around him. Don’t let that smile fool you though because he will sprint right by you and then throw around some big weight when he gets back in the gym. Awesome guy and great athlete!
