A. Back Squat: In 15 minutes, achieve a 20RM back squat

B. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of:

thrusters 95/65 or 75/55

over the bar lateral burpees

Cool Down: 50 GHD sit-ups or 100 butterfly ab-mat sit-ups
