Career Army Officer assigned to Redstone Arsenal. I have
always been active through athletics and then the extracurricular activities
the Army has planned but have found that age has no sympathy for "former"
athletes and requires additional work to maintain a certain level of fitness.
Pull-ups, Rx'd events other than weights, and double unders. Increase
my stamina to achieve prescribed execution of the exercises.
