    5+4 RXd Not sure how much longer the 41 year old man can keep up with Tye and these Bad “A” CFHSV athletes.

    Hope everyone enhanced their kettlebell technique and learned some new skills, drills, and kettlebell applications to better their lives and CF fitness. I really enjoyed teaching the class.

    Once again Great Job Russell “the Muscle” Berger at the USAW/CF competition. You set a super high standard for CFHSV. Were very proud of you.
