    My lower back is still screaming a bit from cleans and burpees early in the week and crossfit total yesterday. Go Buckeyes! GAMEDAY!

    Back was definitely not ready for the deadlifts. Running was SLOW. Those sled pulls took out all the pull in my hamstrings for today.

    The last 800m wrecked me and cost me an extra minute or two, but still, under 20 minutes. After doing the CF Total yesterday and dead lifts again today, by back is tightening up. Have a good holiday, everybody!

    Finally got to CFHSV, been a busy week. 14:32 today, scaled to 35#DB. The last 800m was a little slow, about halfway into it before my legs started to turn over again.

    19:17 225# deadlifts; 53# kettlebells. Tough wod! The deadlifts were unbroken, the thrusters definately not!! The thrusters and the start of the second 800 meter run were the toughest part.
