95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
17:14 with run starting at the door next to parking lot. I didn’t know where to start the run and accidentally shortened mine and Kevin’s workout.
*run starting at the door instead of the back wall. Add 1:30 to total time.
-pulled a rhomboid again…….annoying little muscle!
Did the 10 sets of 10 Ring Dips and 10 Pull Ups Workout from a week or so ago. 21:21. No problem with cardio here, just strength and technique on my kipps.
22:58, using 75#. Left leg is getting there but still tight. Lots of room for for improvement…

My body isn’t recovering very well. Instead of workout, I slept about 12 hours. FEEL THE BURN!

30+. Yeah, I’m terrible. Still having a hard time with squats and running was no easy task either. Gotta start somewhere, I guess.
