In two equally sized teams-

-Team A heads out on an 800m run
-Team B completes as many rounds of “cindy” as possible during that time. All members from team B may work at the same time.
-As soon as a member of team A returns, he or she can choose which member of team B must stop executing “cindy”. Once all members of team A have returned, all members of team B must stop. Record number of COMPLETE rounds team B accumulated. Switch roles and repeat. After each team has run 4 times and completed 4 intervals of cindy, the team with the highest total cindy score wins.

Dennis, Good luck on your Level 1 Test today! You could probably teach everyone in that room a thing or two πŸ™‚

Post your Fran time… beat “2-3-2”!!

    “CINDY” 19+14
Very hard team wod today! both classes did 3rounds instead of 4. It was pretty brutal. I miss weekend Dennis! I tried to do you proud πŸ™‚

Great job by the 11:00 class!

Holy hell that WOD sucked……I am worn out. It probably didn’t help that I ate a bag of cotton candy and half a funnel cake at the fair last night πŸ˜‰

    Thanks for the torture Russell!!

Tracey did a great job coaching today!

    this is katherine…

wanted to say what an awesome job Tracey did on Cindy today (and Robert too for that matter πŸ™‚

Tracey and I talked after her workout and she mentioned doing three extra reps because she wasn’t sure her chin was over the bar. I loved hearing this as it is something I have done before as well. Who doesn’t have a tiny Russell on their shoulder screaming “no rep!” πŸ™‚ I know we also have the little devil Russell on the other side (or maybe that one is the angel…) that says, don’t worry about it, no one is looking. Good job to Tracey for doing it legit. When you see your name up there on the leaderboard, remember the first part of the word, “leader.” You can be one by being the “best” but also by doing things with good form and proper execution so you can be proud to see your name up there!
