Americans keep getting fatter
Scaled to 95# squat clean, 12 pullups off box, 550 single unders (still working the skill of double unders). 4 rounds. Then spent more time with pullups and practicing double unders (welts to show for it)
9.3 mile run. Average pace was around 9:15. First three miles weren’t bad. Miles 4-7 were a grind. Left calf kept falling asleep. Last 2.5m strangely felt really good.
