    Squat 10×3 @ 65% of 1 RM 205#(30 secs rest)
    Bench 5×5
    225-225-225-235-235

    Then
    10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps of:

    Deadlift 150% BW (scaled to 225#)
    Pull Ups

    I actually dusted off my 15 lb weight vest and hit the Guntersville High School stadium. First time since starting Crossfit. I blew away my old times. My calves are killing me…..not really looking forward to today’s WOD.

    Weightlifting shoes seem to help my OHS quite a bit, but they make box jumps suck even more than usual
