  2. Kerri says:

I guess everyone is enjoying the beautiful weather today!

  6. Barry S says:

    Beautiful weather?
Well, it’s crossing into the low 100’s now, probably only going up from there, so it’s a tad warm…which must be why Chief let us have an easy day!

Looking forward to all the Barrett pix!!!

  7. Daniel says:

    Bear yesterday
75, 95, 105, 115, 125. Dropped the 125 on my head on rep going in to rep 7 of the back squat. Ouch!

This am, gymnastics. Worked on Backhand springs, back tucks, front tucks, then twisted my ankle on the tumble track. I still might try CF Total later on today if my ankle will allow.

Kick ass Robert! Good job Justin!

“Barret” and “Cole” sounds like two very good names for WODs.

  8. Karen says:

    Congratulations, Lindsey and Brad!!

    Good Luck today, Robert!

No CFT for me today. Work, work, work 🙁

  9. Emily D. says:

Robert and Jordan did great today……looked super tough!!!!

Did Annie on the dock today 9:40. I think I did Annie about 6 months ago and it was 13 or 14 something so not too bad considering I drank a few cold dranks last night and just did a HUGE cheat meal less than an hour ago 🙂

Plus I had an audience…….old farts sitting out enjoying the view.

First 50 DUs were horrible…..stupid rope catches in the dock.

Holy crap am I sore from yesterday!

Time to get out on the lake to catch a few fish and get some sun!!

    BS: 255-275-285X
    SP: 155-160-165(PR)
    DL: 345-365-375(PR)

Never stop pushing into the weight! I bailed too soon on BS 285. Wanted to give it another go, but a missed 3rd attempt is still a 3rd attempt. Gotta move on.
Dennis sticking to the rules CFT was cool. Re-racking the press and lowering the DL added a new challenge.

Cool videos today. Uncle Ted is a nut. A nut I mostly agree with but a nut none the less. “Anti’s are chimps” that’s a little over the top. In my experience hunter’s are the unsung work force of the conservationists. Maintaining food plots, controlled burning overgrown forests, building desert quail guzzlers, cleaning the trash out of trout streams… Sure you can get a group of suburban conservationist to come out to trim back privet bushes… once. But the hunter, hunt club member and hunting landowner is doing this work year after year for decades.

  11. Robert S. says:

Official time 3:57. Not what I wanted, but I have a mark to beat now.

Thanks for all of the support! And props to Emily and G for knocking out a WOD on the dock just so they could make it… Thanks for yelling at me!
