Ran 5K in my neighborhood 29:57. Not great but getting better. Got it in under 30:00! Which is sadly a PR.

10:34 using 115#. Russell helped out on my technique, and the last 10 felt better than the first. Lotsa room for improvement. Saw Jimmy “the MAN” do it as Rx’d in 1:36. Unbelievable!
