Fun event. Loved pacing the 4K run/event thing with Dennis! CFHSV creates some strong bonds and great athletes!
They are going to have the event next year. It is a short drive so I expect more CFHSV to show up and REPRESENT!

PS Jake I was third going in to the last WOD and the heavy overhead, like the stone, knocked me back to finish 4th. I need you on me and heavy overhead. KLowe was killing them like a machine. I have work and need your eye.

I’m still learning about the conjugate method-dynamic day-max effort day-Westside thing. Had to do this one alone in the HoboGym, so no spotter. I don’t know if my thinking is correct or not, but warmed up until the bar started to slow down. 185# was a little slower than warm up weights, 205# was slow, 225# was really slow, 255# is 1RM.
Dropped to 185# across sets with 1:30 rest.
I did the Again Faster WOD #4 in 7:24. Wanted to get in the 6’s… maybe I should do it again like you Tracey and go faster on the burpee!
