    Endurance 10k 57:11 not bad for my first non-stop long run this season. My season is fall / winter for running.

    Made up 5K today in my neighborhood – actually, it was 2.3 miles… for some reason I got 2.3 and 3.2 backwards, thanks to dyslexia. Anyhow, ran it in 20:14, which would put me at pace for my usual 5K time.
