    SP- did 5×3 at 135 (down from 5×5 at 135)
    DL- subed 3×3 PC and Jerk- 185, 205, 225 (X – 2 of 3)

    BS- still a sorry ass 315, failed on 325
    SP- 200 down 5 lbs
    DL- Failed on 500 and 485 got the 500 past the knees again. I didn’t feel like failing on anything lower so I stopped.

    My 13 y.o. daughter was my work out partner today,
    managed to get her to yell at me on the DL.

    Dead Lift 385 PR ( I guess the squats while I was hurt paid off-I think I can get 400)
    % Roundsof ring dips, double unders, air squats and sit ups befoe the dead lift.

    I suck at pressing. My DL have gone down too.

    Able to squat more weight but have zero flexibility in left shoulder due to an old basketball injury. Working on movements without weight.
