215-225-235-245(x1)-245-255-265-275-280(pr)-215. My deadlift has been all over the board in the last year. Got a 290 up but with phenomenally horrible form. Then 255 was max staying in form. Last CFT got 280 but that was a while ago, so I’m considering this a PR.

Did this one down in Dothan at CrossFit Embrace. I had the great opportunity to go teach a mini olympic lifting seminar down there this weekend. Fantastic gym with great people and great coaches, loved every minute of it.
This is for Sunday. Bring your jump rope and show up 15 minutes before class if you want to work on Double Unders. Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive!
