    215-225-235-245(x1)-245-255-265-275-280(pr)-215. My deadlift has been all over the board in the last year. Got a 290 up but with phenomenally horrible form. Then 255 was max staying in form. Last CFT got 280 but that was a while ago, so I’m considering this a PR.

    Did this one down in Dothan at CrossFit Embrace. I had the great opportunity to go teach a mini olympic lifting seminar down there this weekend. Fantastic gym with great people and great coaches, loved every minute of it.
