8:56 rx’ed. I have a crick in my neck, so today was a bit if a struggle. Not to mention DU’s wouldn’t kick in for crap.

Started with DU had to scale to SU quickly

4:51 then 125lbs. totally screwed up the squat clean. Could have gotten much more than 125 (I know I can do 140, just did a 140 thruster 3 weeks ago!!). Should have thought it through much better. But I am happy with pushing through the first part of the workout and getting sub-5. And linking first 30 DU!! Woohoo!!

Scaled to 4x two-legged DBSUs, 7:21. Middle set of wall ball shots came hard. 145-150-155 (PR,+30) on the squat clean before cutoff. Never tried a split jerk before the worskshop. Have some work to do on that movement, but it was a lot of fun.
