    Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:

    15 Dumbbell Thrusters 45 lbs
    500 Meter Row

    3 rounds and 110 meters

    175-185-195-205X-205-215-225X 215 was a PR by 20 lbs. Did a 215 C & J afterward just to see if I could.

    made up Deadlift 5×5 from 2 days ago

    185-195-205-215-225
    Kept back locked in. Felt good, except the dizziness and ringing ears afterwards.

    Then push jerk – wasn’t planning on going heavy but it ended up feeling pretty good so I went with it.

    85-105-125-135-145(f)-140-then stopped and worked on split jerk form @ 85lbs.

    same as Katie. Most of them PR’s because im super uncoordinated. I can strict press 100#, but add a dip and drive or dip again, and im all jacked up. BUT today I felt like I was more with it and Im super happy with my split jerks(pr) Katie was my partner and she was great. Dennis had a great warm up…much needed after yesterdays wod. HOLY sore chest.
