100 meter Sprint
Rest 90 seconds

    Going to scale up this workout today, in a matter of sorts:

    Run 1 mile, rest as needed. 12 hour AMRAP. Post miles run.

      Had me a surprise visit from Murphy at the Delano 12hr run. Two big blisters forced a shoe change at 3hr mark; my watch dies around midday; another nice blister in early afternoon; then finally a real flare of tendonitis in right ankle that 3 Aleve tabs could not dull down. Had plenty of legs and motivation to keep moving, but ignoring the signs was going to lead to real damage.

      But no complaints. Ran with some great folks some impressive relay and individual performance. Made about 51-52mi before giving Murphy the victory about 8.5hrs. Feet and ankles somewhat stiff today.

    I was in the 13’s for all but the last 100, which was 14:06.

    WOD on the beach:
    10 minute AMRAP:
    Run (estimated 150 meters)
    KB Swing, 10 reps
    KB SDHP, 10 reps (both @ 1 pood)
    4 rounds plus run and 11 reps. Running in sand is torture!!!!
    Phil doubled the run and did KB Squats, 3 rounds plus run and 1 rep.
