    Helen – 11:52 – 1 sec difference from PR last September.
    I am happy to see this…. haven’t hit a PR from last summer in a long time.

    Question on fish oils: Is it 1/2 gram for every pound of bodyweight?

    So if I weigh 130, I should intake 65grams per day. So that means I should swallow 65 1000mg pills? That just doesn’t seem right. Any help here?

    I think what russell recommends for fish oil is .5g per 10lbs of body weight. If you weight 130 you would want 6.5g per day.
