15 L pull-ups

    Weighted Step Ups 12, 12, 12, 12, 12 (6 each leg)
    135-135-135-145-145 Used a 20″ Box

    Then
    As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:

    3 Power Snatches @ 75% of 1 RM
    2 Rounds of 3 Pull Ups, 6 Push Ups, 9 Box Jumps 20″ box
    I just realized that the WOD called for power snatches and not power cleans.
    I did power cleans at 170#
    6 rounds + 1 power clean

    22:21 I did rx’d weight, but my L-pullups sucked. Eyes to bar on most. Hands are a lil ate up too. 🙂

    Beautiful people only article…To me “pretty is as pretty does” If someone knows they are beautiful and actually ONLY desires a beautiful mate, they are shallow. To me shallow isn’t pretty.
    I’ve met alot of beautiful women and men, and unfortunatley most of them had very little to offer except for the qualities of vanity. GREAT to look at… but would’nt want to live with them!!!! My 2 cents.

    Push Jerks 3×5: 135-135-135 Kept it light, using metal plates in a power rack
    Rack Pulls: 3×5: 135-225-315(3) Tweaked the back and had enough sense to stop. Score one for not being an idiot.

    Had to get to work, no time for a metcon.

    I did assisted strict pullups and jerks as rx’d. Can’t remember exact time, but it was right under 20 minutes.
