10 reps – 700m run X’s 3 (average 2:40 per run)
135# OHS max reps – 17 (wrists failed before shoulders….frustrating)
Hands were in bad shape before I started; suprisingly the deadlifts were the worst part
made up mondays work out 800 meter run four rounds. 2:33,2:39,2:43,2:43. I ran at the worst time hot as hell today
10 wall ball shots @20#
10 KB swings 1.5 pood
AMRAP in 20 min
500 meter row
15 thrusters with 40# db
=4 rounds even.
This crushed me. My son, Josh (6), came with me today and rowed 2000m.
Pagamo gym workout @ arsenal. Run .25 mile, 20 push ups, 20 tabata squats,20 sit ups…as many rounds in 20 min. I got 7rounds . I can no longer go into a (regular) gym and just mill about ,doing what everyone else does….its useless and too time consuming. I Really think that i”ve turned the corner and will not return to the bodybuilder type sh#t that i did for years, its simply too boring now. Plus I’m a lil ADD!:)
Globo gyms are time consuming. I see the same large people on the equipment for an hour reading a magazine. Same size for the last year. I look at all Xfit Huntsville members and see drastic changes, with some workouts being 5 minutes or less. For my busy life there really isn’t any other solution but this.

Great work Justin!
Tracey – The bodybuilder boredom is what got me to CrossFit (and total ADD).
Long story short…. HS wrestling -> bodybuilding: got big and decently strong, BOREDOM, ->muscles turned to fat->tried to “get in shape” via old body building habits, couldn’t lose weight->had kid->no time to spend hours in gym->more fat->essentially gave up and accepted the fatness->boredom, depression->CrossFit and addiction!!! Now here in CF land forever!!!
