Team workout-

P1 and P2 complete 10 partner Deadlifts at 315/225 pounds
Once complete P1 moves to complete 7 overhead squats at 135/95
P2 moves to complete a 250m row
P1 and P2 complete 10 partner Deadlifts at 315/225 pounds
Once complete P2 moves to complete 7 overhead squats at 135/95
P1 moves to complete a 250m row

Once both players have completed the Overhead squat and row, one round has been completed. The team that completes the most rounds in 15 minutes wins.

    Power Clean 3, 3, 3 ,3, 3
    250 came easy for the first rep but then fell apart in the second rep.

    Complete 5 rounds of the following:

    3 Clean Pulls
    3 Power Cleans
    3 Push Press
    3 Push Jerks
    3 Good Mornings

    *Perform at 60%-70% of 3 RM Power Clean (170#)
    *Rest 2 minutes between rounds

    Rest Day here today. 5 days on….Need a break. Quads are TOAST!!

    I agree with Patrick….descending stairs, sitting from standing, standing from sitting, just plain walking, you name it, gonna hurt this weekend!!

    Great pic! This one was tougher than it looked, but I had a great partner (Carol) and we got through it! 😉 We finished our 1st set of DL’s in 4th round at 15min cutoff. I felt kinda bad for her cause she’s taller than me so her side of bar always went a little higher than I could lift on my side! 😉

    Waaaaay to complicated for me this Saturday!
    Great turnout here for the Race for the Cure this morning…probably 2500 folks for the 5K run/walk. 27:45 for me.

    Tonight was supposed to be
    100 wallball
    90 abmat
    80 air squats
    70 ring dips
    60 double unders
    50 pullups
    40 walking lunges
    30 push press
    20 box jumps
    10 OHS
    (does this one have a name?)

    Had a couple interruptions to assist other folks with exercise, then had a longer one for a girl who turned her ankle coming off the pullups, and just worn out, so went to half Rx from pullups on down…other scaling: red band after first 6 ring dips, pp 95#, OHS 55#. 52:38

    I thought I was going to do better, cause I got through the wall ball in just under 7 minutes…then died.

    “Karen” as rx’d 10:39. Was hoping for better. I need to work on pushing knees out as I squat then activating posterior chain out of squat before my time will improve. I’m not utilizing my legs efficiently so everything gets too fatigued too quickly. Quads were KILLING me!
