      Yes I witnessed this beast kill this WOD. Great Job Patrick and to think you met me in the parking lot early in the morning after working the ER all night and finishing the powerlifting class the night before. Splendid, simply splendid!

    Di the WOD late this afternoon (was up at boy scout camp in N. Georgia overnight). Scaled most of the HSPU with a bumper under my head. Even still, had to go back-forth between HSPU and pull-ups until I had 21 of each; then took a break with 21 pistols (each leg); went back to set of 18 going between HSPU and pullups until I had all 18, then 18 pistols each leg, etc. Took over 45min. Able to do all the strict pullups Rx.

    **Patrick in 13min?!?! Unreal…to think I actually kept up with him one time on a WOD (the only time time I ever kept up with him!)

      Josh, I remember “Kelly” with 5 RFT of running, WBS, box jumps. It was at the old box, I imagine September last year. Your son ran the 400m runs with you. Ring any bells?
      You absolutely cruised through the thing. I remember the 2 of you passing me on the runs while chit-chatting. Y’all seemed to be floating along. At the end, you were toweled off, recovered and cheering when I DNF’d at the 35 min cut-off.
