    16:10 Scaled to 105 pounds
    Spent way too much time trying to land 125, then 115 and after dropping the weight on my head I guess it knocked some sense into me and I settled for 105. Shoulders were toasted after yesterday’s wod and the first 2 parts of today’s wod. Frustrating because was landing 125 with no problem during warmup.

    Rx’d 18:24 (I think). Had a lot of tension in my shoulders after the pushups so I failed at the first couple of snatch attempts. Found that stretching the shoulders, releasing the front of the deltoid, helped open the shoulder so I could have full range of motion to get the snatch overhead.

    14:40 @ 115lbs.

    Warmed up with 135, then failed on the first snatch rep, so dropped to 115.

    CF Atlanta. FRAN in 6:15 (PR by well over a minute, but still with plenty of room for improvement)
