Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

After almost a year with CFHSV, I finally got to expericence FGB this morning. This wod si all it was cracked up to be. Great test of mental fortitude and pain threshold.

What a HORRIBLE weekend to have to work = no webcast access :'( . I was able to see the first WOD last night but have missed the remainder of the workouts! UGH! The live feed IS AWESOME, though! Twitter is a very distant second. I was going to tether my phone to my computer so I could watch the Games at work but we have too much to do today. Thank goodness for Archives!
240-rx’ed missed PR from January by 2 REPS!!! I was hoping Carson just didn’t know how to add, but no such luck!
Still as brutal a WOD as it was then!! I felt like I was going to puke at SDLHP in rds 2 and 3. But, glad to be able to do it, and GET DONE with it.
Only thing I can think of for not PR’ing is, time of day and how many blocks I hadn’t had yet. Usually workout in the PM, with 6-8 blocks, and today, I’ve only had 2 blocks to this point.

Also remember you can’t PR every time…! Like you said, sometimes it is time of day or what you ate, could be lack of sleep, could be a bad day mentally, or even the order of WODs leading up to the workout. As long as you went as hard as you could, you done good Kerri!
