Move SLOWLY and methodically attempting perfect execution. Ideally this is done with two pairs of rings – one pair hung app. 8′ off the ground and the second 4″ off the ground.

19:55 as rx’d – it wasn’t for time but we had 20 min cutoff, so it was for time if you wanted to finish. Shoulders are shot.
Did this at the home gym. Didn’t run the clock. Rotated the inverted hangs with my 7 year old son, Josh. He did regular pushups and I did ring pushups.

HoboGym: 5/3/1 Squat 175(5)-205(5)-235(8)
Bar rolled off my back half way up on 9th rep. Had 10-12 reps in the tank. Tried to do the vertical shin, sit back, box squats for the warm up sets. I’m sure they sucked, it’s hard to know without a coach.

Concentrating on an aggressive 3rd pull under the bar.
