    Complete:
    Power Snatch 3 RM
    then…
    Complete 5 rounds of:
    3 Snatch Pulls
    3 Power Snatches
    3 Snatch Push Press
*Perform at 85-90% of 3 RM Power Snatch
    Rest 120 seconds between sets.

    175# 3 rm
    160# for all 5 rounds
Dropped 1 time the first round just because I wasn’t sure about a snatch grip push press. Then 1 drop the 4th and 2 the 5th on the power cleans. Started to loose grip and felt the bar sliding out of my hands.

It’s amazing what using better form can do.
Dennis did a great job covering the key points!

PR by 60lbs. Pretty surprised at this since I had a lot of trouble with 135 last weekend.

Then did some bench press since I missed it earlier in the week.

too much time spotting and helping others…not enough rounds for me 🙁

Great Job to all CFHSV athletes today. Way to push yourself while concentrating deeply on proper form and technique. You all were locked in.

My hat goes off to all the PRs today and all athletes attempts to PR. Keep achieving these high marks through CrossFit!

Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive! Best Regards, Dennis

Sanding and painting the boat today in this miserable heat……would have rather done overhead squats 🙂
