    I can’t think of a better way to start the weekend than doing this WOD outdoors with awesome folks and kick ass coaching! 22:30 scaled w/150 singles. Enjoy the day, everyone!

    100m hosepack sprint
    Advance charged hoseline 50m then hit target
    100 ft dummy drag

    Full turnout gear and SCBA. Rest as needed between rounds.

    Home Workout:
    5 rounds –
    400 meter run
    30 double unders
    15 dumbbell swings @ 40 lb (highest I have at home)

    Nice little workout. Still sore after Murph and Deadlifts. Very close to having all double unders unbroken. Lowest unbroken in all 5 rounds was 21.
