    Did a “Just Arms” bodybuilder work out. About 45 min of rotating between a biceps, forearm and triceps isolation curl or press. Good to remind yourself every now and then…standing around feeling the burn and getting pumped. Complete waste of time.

    Woods WOD – scout woods for good places for 2 treestands. Move one assembled tree stand about 50 yards North of its current location. (moving heavy object, quickly over a large distance). Then assembled and hung another tree stand on opposite side of the point. I figure this used deadlift skills, rope climbing(hanging on) skills, push press skills and probably several others. Great day to be in the woods!
