F DU’s!!!!! Linked the first 44 in round 1, then the stumbled, spit and cursed my way through then next 206.
we did murph today…at 48:09 I ran out of steam & took a short break…that wound up being all for me!
Split the exercises up into 10 sets (10/20/30 each jumping pull ups, push ups, squats).
Did the first mile and the first 2 rounds in body armor, got way too hot, & did 5 more rounds before stopping…next time I’ll go sans IBA to see if I can’t get through it all!
I really, really want to do this WOD today in the home gym…..but not sure how safe carrying 185lbs of iron overhead in a thunderstorm is.
Rx’d for two rounds + 20 du’s(35:00 min cut-off)….I hate du’s they are so hard for me. The knees to elbows quickly destroyed my traps and rhomboids…105# OH walk was the easiest part. Great job Ryan!!!!

Did this one at home. Don’t have a barbell or weights so had to sub 35lb dumbells for the OHW. Did KTE on pullup bar in doorframe (interesting!). Measured 10 yards in my den/dining room and walked there and back.
Did this one at Larry’s house today. The real Kudos go to Larry. I was just trying to keep up with him!….which was totally awesome!
I had NO rhythm today! DU’ were a total nightmare today….probably the worst I’ve ever done in a WOD….ever. Overhead walk was easy and I wish a bit longer….but I loved the way that this WOD demolished your arms with the KTE and MADE you use proper form to get 185 cleaned. All in the hips!

30 min completed 4 rounds +20 single under- scaled- used box for kte, #65 overhead. felt so strong and inspired. grip on pull up bar need work. excited for progress mentally & physically. 1st time to run to the next round even though only 20 seconds left- finished strong. 🙂
