  1. As the Philistine moved closer to attack him, David ran quickly toward the battle line to meet him. Reaching into his bag and taking out a stone, he slung it and struck the Philistine on the forehead. The stone sank into his forehead, and he fell facedown on the ground. 1 Samuel 17:48-49

Will there be an opportunity to do 12.1 tomorrow?

    • Josh G says:

Ben, you have to email directly, crossfithuntsville@gmail.com, to request an alternate time. I had to set one up for later on. Don’t know if someone already answered you, hope this helps.

    • Mandee Stearns says:

Ben, Dennis and I are meeting some folks at 2pm tomorrow to do 12.1 if you would like to join in! It is $10 for the make up instead of $15 because there is a group all coming together. Hope to see you there!

98 burpees at GG march of dimes! Not sure how we finished up cause they are probably still running heats! KB swings 1.5/2 pood were done at at games standard. Many athletes weren’t used to this-John and I each had several people comment on how good our swings were- what a credit to our coaching staff for always keeping us at standard!!
