    Congrats to all today on PRs and successful lifts. I feel you Scott and I know you are stoked to break that plateau.

    Justin you are strong like ox on deads. Keep on growing young lumberjack.

    People at times always ask about strength and going heavy with CrossFit. Today was the day, just like I told my class. Put it all on the line when strength days come up and never avoid them because you are met-con junkie.

    There were PRs across the board today. CrossFit works! You gotta believe. Intensity, consistency and virtuosity will get you there. Train Hard, Train Smart, Train to Survive! Coach DB out
